4. vegetable sandwich

I had the most wonderful vegetable sandwich and I'm glad there's enough to make a second, perhaps tomorrow: broccoli rabe which had been sauteed in garlic and pancetta with raclette on wholegrain bread. I used a little olive oil butter for a spread.

Vegetable salad to accompany (mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, tiny string beans, blanched carrots, roasted corn).
