7. Pour-over most days; latte using a Nespresso (original line) machine, and hand held "frother"

after microwaving milk-- maybe once or twice weekly in the wintertime. Otherwise, pour-over.

I highly recommend the latter, especially for those of us living at altitude, because you can get the water hotter than with most automated drip coffee makers.
