15. Tea. Coffee is too complicated in the morning

When my husband - the coffee maker in the house - was off on a month-long business trip I discovered that I can not make coffee first thing in the morning without a cup of coffee first. Tea is a lot easier.

In Canada about 20 years ago I saw coffee bags, like tea bags. Did they ever really catch on there? And why hasn't the US adopted something like them (probably because the coffee they produced was godawful)?
