What's for Dinner, Mon., Nov. 23, 2020 [View all]

As MissMillie says on occasion, it's an "every man for himself night" at our house. That's 'cuz we have to get the refrig as empty as possible before going to the store for our TG dinner ingredients.

The RG is having a bowl of cannellinis topped with tuna, red onion, and celery.

I am having a bison meatball sandwich on cornbread, topped with red onion sliced on the mandolin. The meatballs were cooked in tomato sauce, so they have a little tomato on them.

I am making a chef salad for later tonight, around 9 p.m.

Dessert: cherry garcia for me, pistachio for the RG. Straight out of the container; not even a dish.
