6. Ooops.

Bought one today before reading your post, but I have the receipt and can exchange it on Monday.
I never considered the psychology of a retractable. We have one that we use on our older dog, but she is slow and very gentle----never had any power struggles with her. Bean, on the other hand, is younger, livelier, and assertive (in a cute way).
