1. I always found it fascinating how some dogs have absolutely no fear of people...

even if perhaps they should. No watchdog instincts... just assume any person remotely close can be beckoned to come and pat them and rub their belly. That's my girlie dog now (border collie/Aussie cross) that I adopted at about six months of age. All my other dogs would be stand-offish at times when an unknown person surprised them. Not her. She is delighted.

So much for dog-protection...LOL
