16. My same sister also has a black lab (the cat and dog do NOT get along)

and the lab has fought with the cat over those types of beds when he decides to make it his chew toy. Then he will eat her food to taunt her while she hisses and glares at him and then she'll later taunt him when he's behind a gate near their den, staring intently at him... So they keep the cat bed upstairs where he is not allowed to go.

But her box bed here has the flaps nicely tucked in and those flaps were eventually smoothed into place and rounded in the corners from her napping and sleeping in it, so if she's happy with that then I'm happy too.
