6. Our neighbor has always had aussies.

They have the sweetest personalities and of course are very smart. Their last one was especially sweet.

Interesting what you said about undercoats. Our last doggie was a lab/husky mix. She didn't bark unless she had a good reason too and once had a gorgeous white coat. We took her to a groomer once and they shaved her. It never did grow back right and she wound up with many bald spots. No one ever could figure out how to treat that problem.
