The word voilà, which we have borrowed from French, includes l'accent grave on the a. The way I did this was to copy a word with that accent and paste it into my post. Google and Wikipedia are my friends in finding such words. There are better ways to do this, but they depend on your operating system, whether your computer is a Mac or a Windows machine, etc.
