Googling around I see Chiles Rellenos are chiles stuffed with fillings that range from ground or stewed meats to a medley of vegetables, cheese, etc.

While Chili Verde is a 'stew' (chili?) likely made with chunks of pork shoulder, slow cooked in a green chile sauce of jalapeño chiles, garlic, and tomatillos.

So one refers to the chile, while the other refers to a 'stew' (chili).
