Can't let ANYONE know about them. Can't sell or transfer them if you needed to.
Would it really be worth taking the chance that SOME/ANY ONE wouldn't rat you out? A slip of the tonque by your kid? A nosey neighbor? BATF and a past 4473? Even an eventual previously-justified use of 1 wouldn't fly.
I don't get it - I just can't see the risk of becoming a felon, going to jail etc. and losing everything is worth holding on to an AR or other illegal object. Besides there being so many other viable choices.
