At first I kind of recoiled from (h), thinking it was an abridgment of free speech. But, after thinking about it for awhile, it pertains only to paid lobbyists, which is OK, I guess. I would not accept such a limitation on a citizen. We threaten politicians all the time with our votes and our dollars. As it should be.
