about both the gambling and drinking addictions, both from a personal and professional level.

I have been to casino's after one in the morning, and have seen people high on both gambling or drinking and both.

Both addictions are destructive. Coming to grips with that reality is the first step in becoming more mature.

Oh, and YES, most people who go to casinos do one or the other or both at the same time, gamble and drink.

Now lecture me on how one addiction is just fine, and another is just fine, and that carrying guns illegally in a casino is perfectly excusable and not an error in judgement.

Defending the indefensible is the true mark of a very illogical mind.
