....people who legally own their guns are by their nature "good guys" and law abiding citizens, and the only people with guns you have to be worried about are the "criminals" who own them illegally.
Kind of like the "law abiding" legal gun owner who came into my office building last week and proceeded to shoot his wife and himself.
Pretty sure if the idiot in this news story didn't have a gun, that dog would most likely still be alive.
