is not making one. Whatever the jury decides in this case, it is clear that Martin would be alive if Zimmerman didn't have a gun.

In fact, Zimmerman would almost certainly not have followed Martin in the first place if he weren't armed with a gun. It's a clear example of a CCW acting recklessly.

Actually there isn't any evidence to support that.

There is a reason the Civil Rights Office is investigating Stand Your Ground laws.

I sincerely doubt it since SYG has been a part of US self defense law since at least the Progressive era. The kid with the stereo was murder, and was proven as such, which has nothing to do with SYG.
