Due process by a court after a seizure of guns, without a warrant. Are you saying there should be no legal recourse in case of abuse of the system by the police? We all know the police never abuse the system.

So, what are your thoughts, I would hope you would be for this but I bet you will not bother to discuss this Google dump of the day post without any comment.
