a .22 LR is absolutely no comparison to a .223. Give me an example of someone using a lever action .22 LR and killing
50 people? Like the ballistics charts says a .223 has 370% more energy at 500 yards than a .22LR has at 50 yards. A .223 has a bullet drop of about 11 inches at 500 yards and a .22 LR has a bullet drop of 41.6 feet at 500 yards. It is possible to kill a human at 1/2 the length of a football field with a .22 LR but a .223 can easily kill at 1/4 mile.
