3. Tired of demonizing the AR-15? Let's demonize its ammunition for a while.

I'll bet the Walton clan will still sell .308. They don't want to piss off too many deer hunters.



That's a .308 on the left and a .223 on the right. And yes, there are detachable-magazine semi-auto rifles that shoot it. There's even an AR: the AR-10.

The .308 is considerably more destructive. Forget the claptrap about "tumbling bullets," etc. Nobody hunts moose with a .223.
