I just gloss over your whole spiel about the 2A being tied to militia service as you've beaten that horse to death, reanimated it, beat it again, then threw it in a wood chipper. I care not one whit how you think your interpretation of the 2A is the only correct interpretation. As for anyone one here even suggesting that individual right to bear arms denies anyone's safety (though your interpretation of the 9A needs some work), cite it.
