138. So now reloading ammunition is an abuse of the second amendment?

And the fire department ain't going near that sucker. Small price to pay I suppose for the pleasure of abusing the American Constitution.

The simple fact here is that millions of people have safely reloaded their own ammunition for decades. And it is not an abuse of the American Constitution to manufacture ammunition.
