Show me where Hoyt says anything to substantiate the following. It is customary to back up claims.

I'm not sloughing off anything, nor am I taking a side here. I'm pointing out a claim which has no substance. You continue to back that claim by pointing out other, totally irrelevant posts. By doing so, you just become part of the rabble and lose credibility. The irony is that you are now presenting yourself as another parrot of the "over my dead body" crowd of carriers.
BTW, civil rights don't require permits.
