142. No Arrests in Kennewick Shooting

The Kennewick Police Department is still looking for the person responsible for shooting a 16-year-old Kennewick boy in the head Tuesday afternoon ...

Police responded to the area of Kennewick Avenue and Yelm Street around 2:00 P.M. Tuesday to reports of shots fired.

A gang fight had been reported in the area around the same time, and moments later the 16-year-old was found with blood on his face.

Police said they had just released the victim from custody moments before he was shot because there was a warrant out for his arrest ...
