34. one thing you are missing

most of those folks are from New York and Canada. Many of them are not gun owners to begin with. Even fewer are likely to carry. In places were open carry is legal and not controversial, it is not customary. Even if you go to Wyoming, which has one of the highest gun ownership rates, open carry is almost non existent.
Based on the limited information you have, I understand your point. When you add more relevant information to it, it becomes less of an issue.
