collegiate sports? Requiring their logo on uniforms and athletes to wear their logo gear during public appearances?

The $300k doesn't seem so far out of line compared to revenues when compared to companies like Nike..

The US gun and ammunition manufacturing industry includes about 300 companies with combined annual revenue of about $6 billion.
