You also seem to lack commonsense. Eighty million people own firearms in our nation. How do you suggest we disarm them. The local police in the area I live support RKBA and have absolutely no interest in disarming honest citizens. Any attempt to confiscate firearms by the National Guard or our military could possibly cause an armed uprising.

No matter which side won, there would be unnecessary bloodshed. Some very conservative states might decide to secede from the union. The nation might well be divided in half right down the middle. It might not be a battle between the north and the south. Some more liberal states on opposite coasts might find themselves isolated.

You also lack the political support to pass any laws that would ban and confiscate all firearm ownership plus the Supreme Court has already ruled the gun ownership is allowed by the Constitution.

To put it bluntly your idea is a pipe dream.
