and it is not based on facts. I meant no insult, but your analysis was based on opinion. Blog posts using advocacy groups, Brady Campaign or the NRA, as sources can be best described as propaganda. The WP blog post would take a lot longer, but the chart after Myth five, is misleading. You probably think that Wyoming has more gun violence than NY. It doesn't. The word "injury" includes accidents and suicides. Rural areas have higher suicide rates than urban areas. That is equally true in Canada, Australia, UK, and every place in the world. Yes, rural Canadians, Australians, and Brits own guns more than their urban counterparts. It is equally true in Japan and South Korea, where gun ownership, or lack of, is the same.
Hemenway, yeah. The word echo chamber comes to mind.
