I carried a gun today and no one was hurt by it.

I carried a variety of handguns around with me pretty much every where i went.
The shooting in MPLS, not far from where i work, in St. Anthony Mn, drove home for me, one of the many reasons i carry. I also have a position
where i am in the meeting when someone is let go at the place i work. I have sat in meetings like that, hundreds of times, during my career, it never gets easier. I hope my situation never mirrors, what happened in MPLS, but if it does, i will at least have a fighting chance to save myself, and the other managers around me.

On a brighter note, i got to go shooting today, i recently got a new scope for this gun, a DPMS LR4.

I went over to my friends house, who has his own range, and sighted in. I will be going deer hunting in Keya
Paha county Nebraska , near springview, in a week or so, and needed a gun with a scope. Huh,, i guess evil looking black guns can be used for stuff other than killing humans.


Oh yeah,, no one was hurt by my guns.
