Hoyt, I sincerely doubt it. They have to study Constitutional Law. There is really not too many ways to twist the words "well regulated militia" and they have so much estalbished law on the books already that a precedent would be somewhat asthonishing.
Is this really where you want our Supreme court to focus its attention?
Aren't there other issues more pressing at this time? electoral matters, immigration issues, healthcare etc, DoMA ---
