1. Well, we can't call it the "Friedman Unit" like for six months, what should we call it?

How about "Bogon", as in "one Bogon" is the cost of one cost-inflated bogus weapon system equivalent to one important scientific experimental apparatus that could actually work, like the LHC.

Or about half a carrier that is half finished.
