2. What did they do for other presidents?

This is beyond getting out of hand. Why can't Congress or somebody demand that the president and his family reside in the WH? He knew this going in and so did Melania. We can't afford Meals on Wheels, but we can pay for leases on his properties and expensive trips on weekends.

My neck continually aches from shaking my head back and forth in disbelief at the money wasted on this fool.
