There is absolutely no evidence that sexual assault was the reason for the LTC's removal from command. In fact, the link does not indicate of any wrongdoing...it only cited "loss of confidence"; the stock, go to reason.

FYI...tensions between the Japanese and the Marines on Okinawa have been going on for decades. And last I heard there are about 20,000 marines on Okinawa.
