I was in the Choice Program, managed by TriWest, for a year and then went into VA system after about a 4 month wait.

I personally did not care for TriWest...the providers were great, but I found TriWest very difficult to work with communication wise. I'm now trying to work with them on a claim which is proving to be cumbersome.
