30. Update: sore but doing ok

I feel stiff or sore, or both. The sore spots that I noticed have subsided, so nothing is worse than anything else. Taking it easy, but getting up every hour or so and moving around. Pretty much what I do every day, but slower. The only bruise I see is just below my elbow. No headache, vision, or confusion.

Thanks for all the support and concern. Also advice and tips. I think I'm done with dog walking until after New Year's. By then, I should be ok, and there will be some changes in how I walk the dogs.
