The (black) women's movement. The (black) gay rights movement. I just learned that there is even a Black Disabled Veterans movement. And all of these have been broken down by other racial and religious minorities as well.

Because we've all seen that when it comes to the majority, the individual concerns and unique challenges of minorities will often be overlooked, ignored or dismissed flat out. We got to look after ourselves.
