IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY

Please be advised that the orgnaizers of this event have been forced beyond any control to cancel the event due to two issues alone.

1. BERNIE SANDERS interfered with the event by 1. Telling Dr. West not to appear, after he had already entered into a written contract with us to do so and had given permission for us to publicize his appearance with us everywhere. 2. Bernie Sanders had a campaign staffer write us to tell us the Senator is "opposing" our rally on November 2, 2015.

No rhyme or reason given whatsoever. We abided by the requirement to make it clear this was never an official campaign rally nor would the Senator appear. Furthermore permit, police support and santitation were all in place.

2. Dr. Cornel West breached his contract with us to appear due to the interference of Senator Sanders.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS RALLY HAD IN PLACE A PERMIT FROM THE NPS, POLICE FROM NPSPD AND SANITATION FOR RALLY GOERS. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT THIS RALLY WAS IN ANY WAY ILLEGAL ARE FALSE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND SLANDER AGAINST THE RALLY ORGANIZERS FOR THEIR CHARACTER OR LACK OF ORGANIZATION OF THIS EVENT ARE FALSE.

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN IMPEDED BY SENATOR SANDERS. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY ELECTED OFFICIAL TO IMPEDE OR TAMPER WITH THE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS OF AMERICANS.

Please note, the organizers have bought non-refundable plane tickets as have thousands of rally-goers and are now financially damaged by the actions of the Senator and Dr. West. We are taking legal action against Dr. West for these damages. Please email us at enoughisenoughdc at gmail.com with the subject line DAMAGES and send us the amount of your damages, copy of your receipt for non-refundable plane tickets and your full legal name, address and phone number. All recovery from the lawsuit will go to indivudals for their plane expense, legal fees and if anything is left over will be donated to American veterans.
We do urge you to contact us to get recovery if you have bought non-refundable plane tickets.
We are also heartbroken and shattered that this great rally has been destroyed by the Senator for no stated reason. You can call his office to complain. Ask for JAKE or KAREN COMPTON 202-224-5141
