Group hosts have access to alerts for SOP, but they do not get access to any other alert. The only ones who know for sure are the admins, unless the one who alerted reveals themselves, as even the person who got the alert doesn't know s/he received an alert unless the post is hidden, and the alerter's name is still not revealed.
