(58,785 posts)yesterday, as a whole they struck me as clear eyed and down to earth compared to the main forums, notably calm in comparison. Maybe good sense and honesty in politics aren't rare, it's just easy to lose sight of that because self-deluders are ranting their message over most of the rest of DU, and their right-wing counterparts on other forums? Think I'll go read a book.
Rbrnmw, wouldn't blame you, but chances look good that a next, Democratic president will be building on what President Obama started, plus the many black people he appointed to his administration will be moving on to other jobs to continue what their work there. Obama's presidential legacy will continue to develop long after he leaves office. I'm really curious to know what he'll be doing next...
