106. There are so many things I could say in retort to these assholes.

But guess what, the majority mob rule atmosphere here on DU, what is called a jury... would alert and hide.

This is probably one of the most unfair out comes of this "jury" system. I prefer to call it mob rule.

Someone calls you a racist slur... you get the hide for putting into context why you are so angry with the person for saying that, and want it on the record why you said what you said. You get punished.

And the excuse it's a troll... I do not believe these hit and runs are just some troll who happened upon DU. Their knowledge of history of posters and posting is a tell..... who just may be smart enough to create a sock and feel quite comfortable in doing so...

What would help is possibly some bannings of the ones who aren't making blatant racist slurs, but racist comments none the less....
