And it is also why Sanders today highlighting the Welfare Reform bill as a "failure"
of Hillary Clinton (since her and Bill are evidently interchangeable when convenient),
shows that Bernie's got no clue.

He's decided that Black folks just loved them some welfare
and are still mad about it being changed to Welfare to Work....
cause you know us Black Folks, we just want stuff handed to us without us having to work or
anything!
