My take on your contribution to this thread is you are thinking:

1. "You are overstating the problem expressed in the OP...It's not that bad...."
2. "You all should get over it, everyone is doing it..."
3. "You don't understand the larger point *I* am trying to make!"..."Why don't you listen?!?!?"

Now, that may not be your ultimate disposition, but that is my impression reading what you have written in this thread. My suggestion is that if you agree that it's a big f'ing deal that a high-post-count-DU-flamethrower operates under different rules than the minority he pontificates about, then you need to say that and stop making excuses for he and his ilk.

I don't need to understand why an ignorant, racist, smart-ass can exist here at DU, he just does. I get that.

I find it interesting how many people agree with his *pattern* of racism and willful ignorance.
