I don't intend to minimize WHAT he said.

I intend to minimize the idea that HUNDREDS of Bernie Supporters agree with it, as the OP implies.

I certainly didn't condone it. But I'm also stating that i'm not my brothers keeper, nor should I, or hundreds of other Bernie supporters be expected to hold accountable the few bad apples on our team. I will call out people time to time. But because of the amount of bad apples (on both sides) I can't be expected to call them all out, none of us can.

That is all I'm saying.
