legal treatment and laws were passed in those states. As far a law, in your language I guess you mean could he have vetoed a CR to fund the federal government just on the basis of that alone, really, he cannot. Anyone who suggests such a thing must feel totally removed from the majority of Americans who do depend in part, even if not directly, on government not being shut down.

The media passed on the lie that Obama wanted to bring them here for his stealh Muslim army and the GOP refused to fund what was necessary. Any president can be stopped by lack of funding.

He made the directive and expected the cost of their housing, with either new prisons or being places in existing facilities so they could have the advantage of American trial by jury, which cost millions of dollars to be funded.

It was consistently left out of appropriations. Several GOP elected officials ran on a platform of denying their entry into their states. I posted this before and Obama did not go back on his word.

I used to post at another site daily of what Obama was doing in alternative energy to get us out of the Middle East oil trap. He is working long-term and he sees the whole picture.

I'm as tired as the AAs of DU of posting fact after fact to dispute errors and accusations and when I've got them all linked for someone, they never, ever reply. Which means their deed was done as soon as they put whatever distortion they had.

Is it racist? Is it simply anti-Democratic Party (which is not a neutral position) or some kind of moral high ground?

I don't think so now. My post count, which I have been attacked for, shows I have been active here at DU. I dropped my other posting and do it all here. And I am not paid to post here, I pay DU to post with search features, etc.

It ain't much fun this way and it is deeply hurtful to black AAs who write me the nonstop anti-Obama - atmosphere makes them feel unwelcome.
