But Washington state had a caucus, not a primary, and has very few minority voters compared to California. So it's a ridiculous assumption to think CA will meet WA's numbers. Even in Oregon -- which is also much whiter than CA -- Bernie won only 56% of the vote.

Also, Hillary has more than 1700 delegates now, not 1400. The whole thing is a fantasy built on a pile of sand.
