A black school principal should have never used the n-word while on the clock to describe her students...and in a staff meeting...off the clock is an entirely different story..

Simply because some black people use "nigga" as a term of endearment in some cases doesn't mean that they also don't use it to degrade black people at times.

If I were a parent and that principal didn't know my child and said that...and especially in a mixed crowd like that

(I went through an on the job experience like this when the word was used in a humiliating way for no reason...I wanted to get the bitch fired, to put it bluntly...)
