14. They play games with the alert system all of the time...

I recognized that early and decided that being cool, calm and collected in the face of all of their bullshit was the best way to go. The more they get upset, the more I'm calm to them in return.

All I do is think of them as people who can't control themselves, when I absolutely can. That's usually the case.
