So my first thought with his resignation was: What about Voting Rights?

We definitely took a massive hit in summer of 2013. That was followed later in the summer with Trayvon Martin's murderer going free.

And since then - the hits just keep coming.


What's next? He was but one of a few high level Democratic Party members (perhaps us every day folks too) who "got" that.

I placed this back here so we could have an honest discussion that doesn't dissolve to what the "magical mythical so and so" is going to do when they are elected in 2016 . . . Which will be impossible without our very important voting bloc.
