And I think we are reading too much into it.
A name referencing darkness to me is not racist/bigoted either. My name means that - given to me by my great grandfather - he was all Frank ie blonde haired blue eyed man off the boat from France.
A dark, rich, regal woman - and ethnic name. If not for him - I would have left the hospital without a name 
and my parents would have argued themselves to death over Amanda vs. Samantha.
I'm far more concerned about his binders full of women.
His belief that 47% of this country can be thrown away and disregarded.
That he can't acknowledge he was born somewhere between third base and home.
So the idea that he had one of his children go out and adopt a really cute little kid to get votes is as silly as the Clintons forcing Chelsea to give birth for good optics.
We have plenty of reasons to look down our noses at bigots in this country - this isn't one of them.
Point blank - I think it's going to be Huntsman. Romney has proven he can't take it over the finish line - and everyone from Cruz to Paul are just useful idiots for the money people in the Republican Party.
