5. I guess that depends on what you call justice ...

At this point, I'm less and less sure that Wilson will be indicted; however, I'm pretty sure that his family will prevail in the wrongful death suit that is certain to follow.

I was/am not surprised that the DoJ won't be charging Wilson under civil rights ... they would have had to prove that Wilson shot Michael BECAUSE Michael was Black; and absent wilson's dropping the N-word immediately prior to pulling the trigger, that would be difficult to prove.

But back to the Justice question ... I am one that believes jailing someone is not "justice" for the victim ... and in this case, there is nothing that can serve as justice for Michael - he is dead. However, the wrongful death suit can force substantial change in the department, which can possibly prevent this from happening in the future.
