4. this as an indictment of the entire american justice system

the fact of the matter is: many people know all too well that this grand jury will not indict a white police officer...period. i hope i am wrong, but 400+ years of american history tells me i am right. so while other pretend this farce is "waiting for the facts," i know the ONLY salient fact is this: killing black people is perfectly fine, normal, acceptable, and expected. at least to a too large of a segment of americans. and once again, the victim was put on trial, just as with Trayvon Martin. and the victim was deemed guilty, even before this FARCE of a grand jury was convened.

and YES...the media is discouraging protest, and encouraging violent threats. business as usual.
