Besides being a blonde as well, it would be a poor reveal when she's finally unmasked. Everybody is gonna say, "yeah I thought it was you. Also, Valkeries are loyal to Odin whom created them. Odin is already having fits that his son isn't wielding Mjolnir.

This female Thor is working for the all-mother.

Also didn't Thor's daughter show up recently in some book with Shield's Maria Hill somewhere?
